If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your results, simply send Ryan a message via Facebook or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and you will be refunded the full cost of your program plus coaching.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, with the funds deposited to the credit / debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
Special Terms & Conditions
Please note that in order to qualify for the Results-or-Refund guarantee, you must have made a good faith effort to comply with the program and any modifications over the course of at least a 4-week period. This includes: (1) demonstrating that you have followed the program to the best of your ability; (2) informing Ryan of any challenges or changed circumstances that are inhibiting your progress; and (3) working with Ryan to make suitable changes to your plan.
Refunds WILL NOT be granted to clients who have not attempted to adhere to the program and/or refuse offered rebuilds. Moreover, financial hardship, a change in life priorities, and other unforeseen events do not fall within the scope of the Results-or-Refund guarantee. The decision to grant a refund under those circumstances is within the sole discretion of RE Fitness and may not be challenged.
