RECEIVE YOUR WELCOME PACKET
Once you register you will be sent a welcome package and private assessment form to provide your starting pics. (Don't worry - no one will see these but me! It's important I know where you're starting from to gauge your progress in the challenge.)

PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGE KICK OFF! (5/1/18)
Your exclusive welcome packet will include 8 essential steps to help you prepare for success in the challenge. Once Day 1 arrives you will receive your body resistance workout daily along with motivational and other bonus content via the private Facebook group.
The workouts will be intense, boot camp-style training but will not require a gymThe meal plans will be extremely disciplined but also allow for flexibility. We will motivate each other throughout the challenge in a PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP. I will be with you every step of the way!
OFFICIAL CHALLENGE RULES

  • Duration of Challenge - This is a four (4) week challenge that will run from May 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019. Entries will be accepted up until and including May 5, 2019. Challenge closes forever at capacity.
  • Eligibility - Entries are limited to one per person. Male or female contestants are welcome to enter, but you must be at least 18 years of age. (Challenge is now INTERNATIONAL. All workouts are posted before MIDNIGHT Central in the U.S. Please bear with time difference for workout delivery.)
  • Entry Photos - You must submit three (3) photos as part of your challenge entry. You must have good posture, the photos must be clear, and there must be good lighting. Underwear or a swimsuit are strongly preferred. The photos must be a front shot, a side shot, and a back shot of your whole body. A thumbs-up, face shot, or clothed picture where it is difficult to see the shape of the contestant are not valid. You do not need to include a picture of your face; neck and down is fine. In all pictures, contestants must hold either a newspaper or piece of paper prominently displaying the date the photo was taken. Any digital editing except those mentioned below could lead to your photos being rejected. The only valid changes you may make to your photographs are cropping, re-sizing, and using black boxes to cover the face, tattoos, or other features that may be used to identify you. Please note that any contestants who fail to submit starting photos will have their entries invalidated.
  • Judging - The competition will be based solely on level of effort and commitment, as judged within Ryan's sole discretion. The factors that will determine the winner include, but are not limited to: (1) difference in appearance between your first set of pictures and last; (2) degree of consistency in following the program; and (3) participation in the private challenge Facebook group. This is all about giving it your best, so have fun with it!!
  • Prizes - Winners will be announced on June 7, 2019 via LIVE ceremony. One (1) grand prize winner will receive $1,000 cash, sent directly to their PayPal (or via other requested means). There will also be a handful of awesome runner-up prizes!
  • Raffles - There will be at least 1 raffle that includes ALL challengers who complete their FINAL CHECK-IN!

  • Beginners - If you're new to fitness or have been on the sidelines for awhile, no sweat! The daily HIIT workouts will come with modifications in the event you're unable to complete the full routine or need something a little less intense.  
  • Advanced - Been training on the regular and looking for something to take your results to the next level? The daily fasted HIIT workouts can easily be combined with your regular weight training regimen, and will come with modifications for those who are really up for an added challenge. 
  • Current Clients - If you're already rolling with me as a client, you are 100% welcome to join up for the challenge! You'll be able to swap in the daily fasted HIIT workouts for your cardio, and you'll continue to follow your custom meal plan.
